Can you feel this inhale? Can you see these thoughts?
What about these sensations - this feeling in your stomach, in your arms, in your chest?
Can you feel this moment in its aliveness? This moment is touching you. This moment loves you. It always has and it always will. This moment will never let you down.
This sacred moment keeps asking: "You and me babe, how about it?"
